User Agreement

Important Notice
This User Agreement (hereinafter "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Opone regarding the use of the Opone AI video creation services. Please read this Agreement carefully. By using this service, you agree to comply with all terms of this Agreement.
1. Definitions
In this Agreement, the following terms have the following meanings:
Refers to the Opone AI video creation service and its operator
Refers to the individual or entity that registers and uses this service
Refers to all features provided by Opone, including but not limited to AI image generation, video generation, image processing, canvas editing, etc.
Refers to all data, text, images, videos, and other materials you upload, create, or generate
Refers to the artificial intelligence generation models we use, such as Nano Banana, Seedream 4.0, Seedance 2.0, Veo 3.1, etc.
2. Service License
2.1 License Grant
Subject to compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use this service.
2.2 Usage Restrictions
You may not:
- •Copy, modify, adapt, reverse engineer, or decompile any part of this service
- •Sell, resell, rent, or otherwise commercialize this service
- •Remove, modify, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices on this service
- •Use automated tools (such as crawlers, bots) to access or use this service
- •Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of this service
- •Attempt unauthorized access to this service or related systems
3. AI Generated Content Usage Guidelines
3.1 Content Generation Guidelines
When using our AI generation services, you agree to follow these guidelines:
Do not generate content that violates laws and regulations
Do not intentionally generate content that infringes on others' copyrights
Recommended to mark "AI Generated" when used publicly
Platform reserves the right to review and delete inappropriate content

- •You own the rights to original content created using this service
- •You warrant that you have the necessary rights and authorization for uploaded content
- •Copyright ownership of AI-generated content follows applicable legal provisions
- •Before commercial use of generated content, ensure it does not infringe on third-party rights
4. Account Management
Account Registration

- ✓Update account information promptly
- ✓Keep account credentials secure
- ✓Be responsible for account activity
Account Security
- ✓Use strong passwords and change regularly
- ✓Enable two-factor authentication (if available)
- ✓Notify immediately if unauthorized use detected
- ✓Do not sell, transfer, or share
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts:
- •Violation of this Agreement or policies
- •Engaging in fraud or illegal activities
- •Long-term inactivity (over 2 years)
5. Credits and Paid Services
Credits System
- •Some features require credits
- •Can be obtained through purchase or activities
- •Non-redeemable and non-transferable; refunds per our Refund Policy
- •May have expiration date restrictions
Pricing and Payment
- •Prices displayed in US Dollars (USD)
- •Prices subject to change, not affecting purchased services
- •Payments processed by Waffo Pancake as merchant of record
- •Except as set out in our Refund Policy, fees are generally non-refundable
Subscription Services
- •Auto-renewal, can be cancelled anytime
- •Renewed using default payment method
- •Access continues through the end of the paid period after cancellation
- •Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy

- •Times may vary based on load
Technical Support
- •Email and ticket support available
- •Response within 24 hours on business days
- •Detailed documentation and tutorials provided
8. Disclaimer
8.1 Service Provided "As Is"
Opone provides the service on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any express or implied warranties.
8.2 AI Generated Content
- •AI-generated content may contain errors, biases, or inaccuracies
- •No guarantee that generated content meets your expectations or needs
- •No guarantee that generated content does not infringe third-party rights
- •You assume all risks of using generated content
8.3 Third-Party Services
This service may link to or integrate third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- •Opone is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- •Our total liability does not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
- •Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so the above limitations may not apply to you
10. Agreement Modification
We may modify this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be notified through:
Posting announcements on the platform
Sending notifications to registered email
In-app pop-up notifications
Continued use of the service after modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated Agreement. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
11. Dispute Resolution
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
Resolution Process
- 1.First attempt resolution through friendly negotiation
- 2.If negotiation fails, submit to the competent courts of the State of Delaware, United States
- 3.Continue to perform undisputed portions
12. Other Terms
12.1 Entire Agreement
This Agreement and related policies constitute the entire agreement and supersede all prior oral or written agreements.
12.2 Severability
If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
12.3 No Waiver
Failure to exercise or delay in exercising any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
12.4 Assignment
You may not assign this Agreement without written consent. We may freely assign this Agreement.
