2. Account Registration

- You are responsible for account security and password confidentiality
- One person or entity may only register one account
Account Responsibility

Using models like Nano Banana, Seedream 4.0, etc.
AI Video Generation
Using models like Seedance 2.0, Veo 3.1, etc.
Image Processing
Smart matting, quality enhancement, batch processing
Canvas Editing
Visual creation and asset management
Script & Shot-List to Final Cut
Script to shot-list to final-cut export workflow
4. Usage Guidelines
Prohibited Conduct
×Generate or upload illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, or obscene content
×Generate inappropriate content involving children
×Infringe on others' intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
×Use automated tools (such as bots) to abuse the service
×Attempt unauthorized access, interference, or disruption of the service
×Sell, transfer, or share account access privileges
Content Moderation
- •We reserve the right to review user-generated content
- •Violating content will be removed, and accounts may be suspended or terminated
- •Serious violations may be reported to relevant authorities
5. Intellectual Property

All content, functionality, and software of this service are the property of Opone or its content providers and protected by international copyright laws.
User-Generated Content
You retain all rights to content created using this service. You grant us a non-exclusive license to use, store, and display your content.
6. Payment and Subscriptions
Points System
Certain features require points consumption; credits consumed by a failed generation are automatically returned
Subscription Service
You may cancel anytime and keep access through the end of the paid period
Payment Processing
Payments and tax are handled by Waffo (Waffo Pancake) as merchant of record; we do not store complete payment information
Refund Policy
You may cancel anytime and keep access through the end of the paid period; a billing period already started is non-refundable. Credits consumed by a failed or timed-out generation are automatically returned; cancelling a generation before it starts processing returns its credits too. For duplicate charges, wrong amounts, or other billing errors, contact us within 14 days. See the full terms in the Refund Policy.
7. Disclaimer
This service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any express or implied warranties:
- •The service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- •AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for specific purposes
- •We make no guarantees about the quality, copyright clarity, or commercial viability of AI-generated content
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Opone is not liable for the following:
In any case, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months.
9. Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
Resolution Procedure
The parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes through amicable negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the courts of the State of Delaware, United States.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through the following means:
